I use a number of tools to tailor classes for you, including Functional Range Conditioning, Restorative Yoga, Postural Restoration Institute, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise and Yoga for Athletes frameworks.
The Functional Range Conditioning technique focuses on optimal joint health. You will learn how to connect your unique anatomy and biomechanics to improve range of motion, skill and function.

Initial Assessment Session: 3200 EGP / 70 USD
The assessment is essential for ensuring a program that is truly tailored to your body and unique needs. It is a great tool to understanding your body better, your natural movement patterns, compensations, asymmetries as well as your limitations. By the end of the assessment, you will receive a document outlining how each joint in your body functions, as well as my recommendations on which areas need to be prioritized.
